So I’m home from school, which hopefully means more time to post on here. It also means more access to food options, which could be either a good thing or a bad thing.
Fortunately, I thought I had gained at least ten pounds in the past month or so, but I’m at the doctors office and my weight was at 162! That was clothed and with my phone in my pocket. So that made me happy:)
I’ve been overrating lately, so I’m trying to really focus on my portions. Today I had a small bowl of frosted mini wheats just to have something in my stomach. For lunch, I’m going to Panera with a friend and will probably get a soup and salad. I’ll try to keep it healthy. I might get a coffee too, since I didn’t get much sleep last night. Dinner is going to be corn chowder and biscuits—not healthy, but oh well. It’s kind of rainy today and soup just sounds lovely.
Exercising is probably not going to happen much, since I don’t have access to a gym. I’m going to try to buy some dumbbells and use our stationary bike but we will see how that goes.
Okay, so I’m a lousy person for practically abandoning this blog, but I needed to focus on school instead of this. But, I’m wanting to start eating healthy again (the cafeteria food is far from it) so I’m going to try to hold myself accountable via this blog.
My ultimate goal is to no longer be considered “overweight” which means I need to lose 15 pounds. Now, this may change, but it’s my goal for now.
Another goal is to get enough nutrients and eat healthier in general. I really need to up my vegetable intake.
